Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Because all of our products are custom-made, orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, your order may have entered production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at mxodidesigns@gmail.com with your order number.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, you may cancel your pre-order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once production has started or the order has been fulfilled, the pre-order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding replacements for incorrect or defective items.
